At SOLIDU we create low-waste solid products packaged in backyard compostable boxes. While your everyday haircare products contain around 80% water, these bars are made only from the necessary elements: skin-loving active ingredients, botanical oils, extracts, and natural essential oils. Being small and compact, they not only do not contain any plastic but also reduce emissions of transportation.

Bamboo is one of the most sustainable materials on earth, growing up to metre per day. To make this box, bamboo is processed together with natural starch. The material is dyed with charcoal without using synthetic dyes.UPCYCLED: To produce SOLIDU box, bamboo offcuts from the production of bamboo chopstics are used instead of a virgin bamboo.
COMPOSTABLE: The box can be backyard composted and biodegrades in 45 days. It can even be useful for the soil, as starch is a soil nutrient. It can even be mixed into animal feed as an additional carbohydrate source.

It’s time to pamper your skin with natural butters & essential oils! IT’S THYME solid body butter is an effective remedy for dry & uncomfortable skin, it provides long-lasting hydration, protects the skin from harmful environmental factors, and helps to reduce inflammation.
This solid butter can be used post showering, as it comfortably melts on warm & slightly damp skin proving lasting moisturization and soothing.
Exotic murumuru butter is a rich emollient & moisturizer, which helps to improve your skin’s elasticity, soothes it, and locks in the moisture. Triglycerides from coconut are both deeply moisturizing and nourishing to the skin, they naturally contain plenty of skin nutrients and antioxidants. Essential oils used in IT’S THYME body butter have anti-inflammatory, soothing, and antioxidant properties.

SOLIDU solid shampoo GRANDMA SAID makes use of two magical haircare ingredients: stinging nettle and tamanu oil. It intensely moisturizes and conditions, and is perfect for weak hair that needs more volume.
Stinging nettle decoctions have been used to stimulate hair growth, to improve shine and appearance of hair. To make GRANDMA SAID we use powdered organic nettle leaves.
Native to Southeast Asia, tamanu oil is a great source of hair nutrients, used to regenerate and restore hair and scalp to its healthy state. In GRANDMA SAID we use it cold-pressed and unrefined, very thick in consistency and full of aroma: it naturally smells like freshly cut grass and raw nuts. This brownish-green oil is pressed from tamanu nut and is rich in nutrients (like linoleic, oleic, palmitic and stearic acids). For its properties, tamanu oil is often used on broken, chemically treated and weak hair.
We finish up by adding cedarwood, rosemary, and juniper essential oils that both stimulate your scalp and give GRANDMA SAID shampoo its resinous, woodsy scent.
