Online Skincare Review
STEP 1
Purchase your Online Skincare Review. You will receive an email with a Consultation Form to fill out (make sure to check your spam folder!), please be as detailed as possible in your answers to ensure your Skin Coach can recommend the best options for your skin.
STEP 2
Once completed your Consultation Form will be assigned to one of our Skin Coaches who will review your form and create a personal 3 month plan to help you to achieve your #skingoals. Once perfected (1-3 business days) your Skin Coach will send your Skinbox Welcome Pack to the home address listed on your Consultation Form.
STEP 3
Receive your Welcome Pack by post. This pack will contain:

Your personal 3 month home care plan including info on your skin concerns, what ingredients we are going to use to treat it and detailed instructions on how to use your new home care regime.

Samples of the recommended home care for 1-2 weeks use

A discount card for SkinBox.ie to purchase your new home care

Access to our WhatsApp hotline where you can reach your Skin Coach for any questions in relation to your plan
STEP 4
Once you have tried your samples for a week your Skin Coach will check in, see what you thought about your samples and make any necessary changes to your new regime until you are 100% happy and comfortable in your new routine.
STEP 5
Now your skincare journey begins with full access to all our skin changing advanced brands. All our skincare will be delivered to your door and you can benefit from clinical results all from the comfort of your home. Don’t forget your personal skin coach will be just an email or text away should you need any help or further advice.
Online Video Chat Consultation
STEP 1
Purchase an Online Video Chat Consultation. You will receive an email with a link to book your Video Chat consultation with your Skin Coach at a date and time that is convenient for you.
STEP 2
Once booked you will receive a Microsoft Teams video link invite and an email reminder prior to your appointment. On the day and time of your appointment click the link in the email.
STEP 3
Your personal Skin coach will be with you for 30 mins during the online consultation to discuss your skin concerns and provide expert knowledge on how to treat those concerns. They will recommend a skincare regime to provide you with the results you are looking for. At the end of the Consultation your Skin Coach will take your address to send you your Welcome Pack.
STEP 4
