Online Orders Information
We aim to have your order packaged and ready to be collected by our courier within 24 hours of ordering. We use EcoExpress for our deliveries within Ireland which is a zero emissions delivery system. We are delighted to be able to offer this service as it allows us all to do our part in reducing carbon emissions. Our courier collects Tues-Friday so please be aware of this when ordering i.e if you order on a Friday it will not be picked up until the following Tuesday.
It usually takes only 2-3 working days after your order has been collected for delivery. However during busy times, it may take up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered.
Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.
Orders for Irish delivery will be charged €6.00
International deliveries will be charged up to €15
We can’t take responsibility for delays caused by events outside of our control, including industrial action, severe weather conditions, or other significant disruptions to the service provided by our delivery partners. In such situations, we’ll do our best to keep you up-to-date on when you can expect your delivery.
European & International Delivery
Our international orders are sent via tracked post to the destination country and then via your local postal service.
We are experiencing some unexpected delays due to Covid-19 restrictions and are actively working with our partners to ensure all orders are fulfilled effectively. As part of this we review our shipping terms regularly. European orders are estimated to arrive within 10-14 workdays and between 14-18 working days for the rest of the world. Parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays. If your order is being shipped outside of the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply (you’ll need to pay these directly to your local customs authority).

We hope that you’re delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not, you may return it any time up to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the goods remain unopened and in their original packaging. You are required to arrange and pay for postage of any returned goods.
To arrange a return please contact [email protected] and we’ll allocate you a returns code and returns address. Please include this code with your return to ensure we can process it as efficiently as possible.
Once we receive your returned goods we’ll issue a refund, if appropriate, for the full value of your purchase. This will be debited back as a credit to the payment method used for the original purchase.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature (such as An Post Recorded Delivery). Please ensure returned goods are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged while in transit.
Nothing in the foregoing affects your statutory rights.
Defects, Incomplete Orders or Incorrect Delivery
If you’re returning goods due to defects, an incomplete order or incorrect delivery, we will refund you both the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return package. Please obtain a receipt from your Post Office so we can process the full refund for your return postage costs.
